Pineapple Cranberry Cocktail

It’s that time of year!!!
I know that Christmas is the season of giving, spending time with loved ones, and being thankful.

But we can’t deny that it also a great time for treats, sweets, and fun drinks!
A few of my favorite Holiday indulgences include Peanut Butter Blossoms, Sugar Cookies with a crap ton of frosting, and fruity adult beverages. And by adult I mean must contain alcohol!!

Of course you could make this drink virgin and it will taste just as good.
Key ingredient is pineapple!! Something about pineapple and cranberry…so refreshing and festive.

I actually partnered up with Dole to create this fruit filled cocktail just in time for The New Year.
Can you believe 2018 is right around the corner?!

I might make it a New Year’s Resolution to eat more fruit…Dole can help me with that!!
Pretty sure if you add fruit to your drink it automatically makes it #healthy.

Actually, this drink is pretty low calorie!
Using diet soda in place of regular cuts back on the sugar just enough to make you feel zero guilt about having 2 or 3!

I did go ahead and add a shimmery sugared rim so I guess that kind of defeats the purpose…but how fun does that look!? A little tip is to dip the rim in some cool whip and then dip in sugars to make it stick.
Plus cool whip and pineapple go together like…Celebrations and Drinks!!
