I did much better this time! I actually remembered to get photos of everything I ate for a Full Day of Food post! I decided to have a little fun with it and do a themed day. What could be better than a day totally revolving around peanut butter?! Yes, everything I ate included some sort of peanut butter! Warning – don’t continue if you are hungry!!
After my hour morning swim I was starving, but had some errands to run. Luckily I planned ahead and packed this Promax lower sugar Peanut Butter Cookie Dough bar!
240 calories 7F 34C 18P I love the soft texture of this bar and of course, all the peanut buttery goodness!
As soon as I got home, it was time for a proper breakfast! Waffles!!!
I used my favorite FlapJacked protein pancake mix and added some PB2 to the batter. Topped it off with my all time favorite candy!!
The Reese’s Pieces got all melty on top of the warm waffle. Hands down the best waffle I ever made!
Breakfast number two?!? Sure, why not!? I could eat breakfast foods all day every day!
I had a batch of my PB&J Muffins that I took out of the freezer the night before. I always have some baked goods in the freezer to toss in my lunches for work.
And no, I didn’t just eat one…I ate all six!! At only 260 for the whole batch, why the heck not?!
Don’t worry, even a day filled with peanut butter can include some fruits and veggies. The only vegetable baby seems to like it carrots…I swear it is part rabbit… I had a big bowl of them as well as two apples.
All dipped in wonderful, creamy peanut butter! If you have not tried apples and carrots dipped in peanut butter, you are really missing out!!
I guess you could call this lunch. I don’t really eat “meals” I just kind of snack all day! Especially being pregnant, I feel hungry often, but get full easily. Lots of little meals and snacks works for me!
A peanut butter day would not be complete without a classic PB&J sandwich. I used PB2 and my favorite sugar free blackberry jam. I figured a PB&J Quest bar would make the perfect side. I was right! I was in peanut butter and jelly heaven!
Time for dessert!
I got this “Tough Cookie” peanut butter treat from The Cookie Department. They are great! All natural, no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Most importantly, they taste amazing!
I always have a nice, carb filled snack before bed. I like to have a fun snack to eat while the hubby and I watch a little Netflix at night.
Peanut butter filled pretzels for the win!! Be careful – these are highly addicting!!! I do not recommend just eating out of the bag…unless you are ok with eating them all!
