Unicorn Parfait

I may be a little late to the Unicorn Everything Party, but this is too fun not to share!

Side note – Am I the only one who did not try the Unicorn Frappuccino from Starbucks?!
Did I miss out?!

Oh well…
Back to this super fun parfait!
The base is yogurt.  Add some funky colors, your favorite fruit, and there ya have it!!

Yes, it took a little longer to make than your regular yogurt and fruit bowl would have.
But totally worth it!!

Plus, if you have kids it’s a great way to start the day!
Who wouldn’t be excited about a colorful, fruity breakfast?!

I added some protein powder to the yogurt for a protein boost, but that is completely optional!
I get my vanilla protein from Myprotein. They have a ton of flavors so check it out if you’re interested.
KIMH10 will save you a few bucks on any order 🙂

It’s almost too pretty to eat!!
This makes a great Easter treat too! The colors are perfect.

Just think of the Holiday possibilities!!
Red and green for Christmas…with some green grapes and strawberries.
Orange and purple for Halloween…with mandarin oranges and purple grapes.
Pink, red, and white for Valentine’s Day…with strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate chips!

You get the idea! It’s very customizable.
