This was actually the first time I ever tried chocolate dipped pineapple.
The sweetness of the fruit, the crunch from the chocolate, and you can’t forget the toppings!!
Anything goes here.

Just don’t forget the festive sprinkles!

Don’t like pineapple?
Dip apples, bananas, cherries, orange slices…
White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate…
And endless topping possibilities!

(Will vary based on chocolate and toppings used)
- 1 can pineapple rings (12 rings)
- dark chocolate melting wafers
- Pat pineapple as dry as possible
- Set on parchment paper
- Melt chocolate
- Dip pineapple rings in chocolate (half or full way)
- Top with crushed pistachios, coconut, and sprinkles!
- Let sit until chocolate sets
- Store in refrigerator
