Chocolate Dipped Pineapple Rings

We had snow today in Pittsburgh!! It was only a couple flakes…more of a rainy snowy mix…but you know what that means…

Bring on the Holiday Fun!!
I have also been wearing my Christmas Jammies for about 2 weeks now…No shame!

I absolutely love Christmas and all the fun food that goes with it!

I partnered up with Dole to bring you a super easy, amazingly delicious, and somewhat nutritious treat!
Anytime there is fruit involved I say #health

This was actually the first time I ever tried chocolate dipped pineapple.
Yea…it works!!!

The sweetness of the fruit, the crunch from the chocolate, and you can’t forget the toppings!!

Anything goes here.
Pistachios and chocolate!!

Or coconut and chocolate!

Just don’t forget the festive sprinkles!
They are a must have.

Don’t like pineapple?
Dip apples, bananas, cherries, orange slices…
White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate…
And endless topping possibilities!

  1. I’m not a big fan of Thanksgiving so I am perfectly fine with all things Christmas from November 1st through December 🙂
