  1. I don’t like to drink my meals (thanks for 16 operations and most of them being on my mouth due to my birth defect of cleft lip and cleft palate, leaving me to be on liquid diets months at a time) but is this THICK? How do you make your shakes thick Kim?

    I want to try, but I don’t want it to be another liquid meal.
