Actually, it does get better!! I found a way to make my favorite Christmas cookie good for you.
A few not so-ordinary ingredients make these cookies gluten free, high protein, low sugar, and still surprisingly delicious!
If you hadn’t already guessed, one main ingredient is protein powder. It’s a great substitute for sugar in a lot of recipes and gives a nice protein boost!
These cookies also contain beans and pumpkin!
Everyone’s first response is “Can you taste them?!”
NOPE! Beans and pumpkin both have a very mild flavor so you really cannot taste them.
When you blend the two together, it makes a great consistency for baking!
A few other ingredients and there ya have it.
Guilt free cookies that you can enjoy any time of the year!
